House Of Carpet Installations
Our installers are trained professionals who have worked with us for many years. They are custom installers who have trained many other installers over the years and can handle any situation that may come up on a job. Our installers are attentive to the customer, exhibiting positive attitudes and professional craftsmanship. They take pride in their work and ensure a great experience. Many of our installers are doing jobs for repeat customers and their now grown-up children!
We schedule with the customer a date and time for their installation. The time an installation may take is determined by the size and complexity of the job. Based on this we may break the job up into two or more days if needed at the customer's convenience. We advise the customer in advance if this may need to be done. Installation will be done by a professional installation team who upon completion of the job will vacuum and put the furniture back into place. The customer will be asked to look the job over make sure they are pleased with the result.
Our customers are provided with a Pre-Delivery and/or Installation Checklist as well as it being discussed during their on-site review. We are happy to answer any questions they may have before, during and after the installation.
